Chelsea McMullan

Chelsea McMullan has worked with Mercury Films in several capacities for the last two years. A graduate of York University Film School, Chelsea’s most recent accomplishments include her short film Plume, premiering at last years Toronto International Film Festival (TIFF) as well as many other National and International Film Festivals; in the same year her short documentary In A Perfect World premiered at the Hot Docs International Documentary Film Festival.

In 2007 Chelsea was selected as a Canadian representative in the Talent Lab at the Berlinale International Film Festival. Having recently completed another short narrative, Clean funded by the Arts Council of Ontario, Chelsea is now focusing on her next project, a documentary entitled Ghost Town in partnership with the National Film Board of Canada and TV Ontario.

Chelsea is the Co-Artistic Director of (plural productions); their most recent project, CHAT, was featured on the solo-stage in the Rhubarb! Festival at Buddies in Bad Times Theatre.
