A graduate of York University’s Film Department, Chelsea’s directing credits include: the short film, Plume (Toronto International Film Festival, 2006) and the short documentary, In a Perfect World (Hot Docs International Documentary Film Festival, 2006). In 2007, Chelsea was selected as a participant in the Berlinale Talent Campus.
Deadman, a short documentary, was an Official Selection of the 2009 Toronto International Film Festival, and was made in partnership with the National Film Board of Canada. Most recently Chelsea’s film SLIP, made with support from The Toronto Arts Council and Bravo!, took home the awards for best experimental and cinematography, at the CFC World Wide Shorts Film Festival and was curated as part of the WWSF cross country tour.
